At
Blazer Braila there is a production
system based on production technologies
that are very well defined. The production
flow is small, medium and big.
As a particularity of the production
system, the data with working them are
imported in CROS from an external system
(Italy) and they are processed in CROS.
The advantages of using CROS system
are as follows: automatic taking over
of working theme without reintroducing
the data, keeping the history of the
articles executed on clients, orders
and periods, automatic transfer of products
commercial characteristics to making
flow characteristics.
CROS integrated system that was
implemented at Blazer Braila is making
the planning and complete pursuing
of production from the designing to
delivery to the client. Thus the history
of the modules executed on the system
is kept and it is permitted the achievement
of a flexible scheme to define the
semi products tract on the flow.
CROS is running integrated with
a transport system between operations
thus the process planning and pursuing
are possible up to the smallest detail.
Using CROS system it is realized the
coherent data transfer to the production
and the possibility of correction
the parameters from a launching into
production to another, avoidance the
double entering of data between the
two systems (CROS and the external
one from Italy), correlating the information
between the production programming
in CROS and the production realized
in ETON system.
The system also works in an architecture
distributed between Romanian headquarters
and the one from San Marino.
