Public Utilities Company Focsani has
often reorganized along years. Communal
husbandry services - water, sewerage,
salubrity, thermal energy distribution,
maintaining and repairing of state dwelling
facility - were organized in a centralized
system on Vrancea county until 1991,
being coordinated from Focsani.
After 1991, based on Law no.15/1990
regarding the reorganization of state
companies, the former Communal Husbandry
Company divided in 5 local units in
every town of the county.
The company has no competitors on
the local market and its clients are
the people of Focsani, lodgers/ owners
associations, companies and institutions
located in the town.
Due to the clients number extension
as well as the services ensured by
the Company there was necessary the
implementation of a new and modern
informatical system that is developed
in a constant way.
CRIsoft - CUP Focsani collaboration
started in 2000. Company Management
System - CROS ERP, together with Billing
and Relationship System - CROS FRC
contribute to reach the objectives
established by CUP Focsani.
The main objectives of the management
at CUP Focsani are: the satisfaction
of the people requests, complete and
efficient utilization of the resources
necessary to maintain a certain profit
rate, supplying the services to the
clients at a quality and quantity
parameters that meet the international
standards, water damages decrease
and time for damages repairing decrease,
solving the clients requests and complaints
in the shortest time.
