Farmexim is one of the 5 most important
pharmaceutical companies in Romania,
having a continuously growth. Established
in 1990 according to the new economic
laws in Romania, FARMEXIM developed
its own distribution chain having now
9 warehouses all over the country, one
in Bucharest and its own pharmacies
chain called HelpNet.
With more than 2500 clients every day
Farmexim had to reduce the supplying
period, to control the stocks and the
distribution process in a more efficient
way – thus to have a better control
of the activities and mainly to obtain
the satisfaction of its clients.
Due to these factors Farmexim decided
to implement CROS (CRIsoft Organization
ServerTM), an integrated system able
to sustain the daily activity of the
company and to help at the consolidation
of Farmexim advantages on the market.
Farmexim hopes were well defined but
demanding, too. Between the criterions
that determined the option were the
applications big flexibility, the programs
offered by CRIsoft are well structured,
using the Oracle data base, an advantageous
price-quality report and last, but not
least the application was developed
in Romania for the Romanian market an
d so it s capable to meet the specific
requests of the business environment.
Using CROS integrated system, Farmexim
has the possibility to pursue the stocks
on line, to observe clients’ behavior
over a certain product, to foresee in
a better way the supplying and distribution
activity, to reevaluate the prices automatically.
The motto guiding the activity of CRIsoft
