CRIsoft - Electrica Banat: Personalized services through a call-center at Deva
 
On March 4, 2004 took place in Deva, the opening of the Call-Center from Electrica Banat - Deva Branch.

Accomplished by the specialists from Data Plus Communications (www.dataplus.ro), using technology from the American producer Mitel Networks, this call center brings as novelty providing of personalized information (ex. last invoiced index, the type of tariff use, etc) based on the client code / measure point, and a password for securing data.

In order to develop the personalized services, an interface to the CROS FRC system was developed. The CROS FRC (Billing, Supply and Customer Relationship) system was implemented and it is running for 214.125 customers of the Deva Branch, at Electrica Banat.

The Electrica Banat Call-Center has as an objective improving the customer relationship by "avoiding the useless movement and increasing the comfort rate in serving our customers", said Florin Marza - general manager of the Deva Branch, Electrica Banat.

This Call-Center from Deva is the second in Romania, after Apa Nova Ploiesti, from the public utility company and from the data point of view of exchanging data with a supply information system. The Deva branch from Electrica Banat is probably, because of its geographic position and economic position, the most complex branch from Electrica from point of view of the supply-billing method (self reading, classic reading, miners, small industrial consumers, medium and large).

Taking part in developing the both systems is by using the CROS FRC solution, a recognition for CRIsoft, as a leader in billing solutions, supply and customer relationship from the public utility companies.

On the occasion of the National Exhibition of Electronics and Software - Binary 2003 deployed between 24-26 September within Romexpo, CRIsoft received on the part of Oracle Romania the prize for the integrated information system CROS FRC - Billing, Supply and Customer Relationship.

This prize confirms once more the existence of a first class information solution, 100% Romanian, that uses the Oracle technology. CRIsoft gets the first prize within the County Company Top in the year 2002
 
Friday, September 19-th 2003, on the festivity organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Brasov - The County Company Top 2002, CRIsoft was awarded for the third time with the first place diploma, on the Information Technology section, confirming once again the very good results obtained in 2002.

These results confirmed the leading position, quality and performances of the CROS (CRIsoft Organization Server) solution, by:

- completing the CROS FRC implementing within Apa Nova Ploiesti (Veolia Water Group France) and the extension of the CROS FRC system to Arad, Deva and Resita branches of the Electrica Banat;
- functional extensions of the CROS ERP system, specific for the sales activities, automotive service or leasing, as well as new modules or sub modules for costs monitoring, investments, repairs, conformity with the IAS - international accounting standards.

On this occasion a new catalogue (Romanian and English version) of the companies from the Brasov county was launched, "Top companies in the Brasov County". This catalogue has included about an economic study of the Brasov County, a list on fields of activity of the companies situated on the first places in the County Top from 2001.

Wednesday, September 24th 2003, starts the annual edition of the National Exhibition for Electronics and Software - Binary, that will take place at ROMEXPO BUCHAREST. The exhibition is deploying on 3 days time in the period between 24 - 26 of September.

CRIsoft will participate at this event, with a stand at the "Company and products presentation - Economic Management" and will offer the latest novelty about CROS ERP and FRC solutions. The CRIsoft presentation will be on September 25th 2003, starting with 13:30.

The year 2003 confirmed CRISoft leading position, the quality and performance of the CROS FRC - Billing, Supply and Customer Relationship solution have been proved by taking to an end the Apa Nova Ploiesti (part of the Veolia France Group), then follows the CROS FRC extension at Electrica Banat subsidiaries from Arad, Deva and Resita. Today, at Apa Nova Ploiesti runs, based on CRIsoft solution and the know transfer from Veolia France, the first center for public relations in Romania in the public utility system, based on a call-center, for a better management of the relationship with the clients.

For the CROS ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning), the first half of the year 2003, meant among different extension - that became common - performed for Romstal Group, Mobexpert - also taking to an end the implementation for Radacini, Apa Nova Ploiesti, and Romstal Leasing. CRIsoft finishes the CROS implementation at Apa Nova Ploiesti
 
Today July 15th, Apa Nova Ploiesti (Veolia Water Group France) and CRIsoft have the pleasure to announce the successful implementation of the CROS solution - CROS FRC - Billing, Supply and Customer Relationship and the CROS ERP system - Financial, Accounting, Logistics Supply and Stocks, Fixed Assets, Order Management for Investments/Interventions, Income/Expenses Cost Centers.

The know-how transfer from the Veolia France Group - Apa Nova mother company and CRIsoft integrated system functionalities, led to a major change of this public utility company, in conclusion to a significant improvement of the offered services and client relationship.

Today, month of July 2003, one year and 2 months since the implementation has begun, Apa Nova Ploiesti is the only public utility company with a modern integrated system and a center for customer relation ship - a call center.

These integrated system implementing plan having as an objective: the automation of the commercial flow and support for a customer relationship center, has been won by CRIsoft within an international auction, that was set up by Apa Nova Ploiesti. CRIsoft system was the only Romanian solution for public utility companies that took part at this auction. Among the main reasons for choosing the Romanian CROS FRC solution we mention only:

- CRIsoft experience in similar projects in Romania,
- the flexible architecture of the CRIsoft programs and the way the Oracle database technology has been used,
- the whole set for putting into service and technical assistance post implementing
- the best price / performance / quality proportion

In the first phase of this project was implemented the Billing, Supply and Customer Relationship (CROS FRC) system for managing the meters, measure points, contracts and the main reading / billing and cashing flow. The CROS FRC system ensures diminishing of the operating costs within the billing process, improving the billing process, a better quality of the of the data and increasing the trust in the information obtained from the billing process respecting the working procedures controlled by the system, the increased flexibility of the system, protecting the investment in the IT system.

After the success in the CROS FRC system implementation in the commercial flow, Apa Nova decided to extend the information system with the CROS ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) component, as a parallel phase with the CROS FRC implementation. Thus, were implemented the Supply, Finance and Accounting, Fixed Assets, Logistics Supply and Stocks, Orders Management for Investment and Intervention.

Another important aspect of the co-operation between the 2 companies is creating by Apa Nova with the proper CRIsoft support of the first center for customer relationship in Romania in the public utility companies - based on a call center, that represents an important support for a better management of the customer relationship. The heart of this system is from the informational point of view is CROS FRC subsystem for Notifications and Demands. Such centers (call centers) exist at the present time only at 2 mobile telephony operators in Romania: Orange and MobiFon.

Wednesday April 16,2003, took place within CERF 2003 the conference "ERP/CRM Solutions". CRIsoft presented with the direct participation of its clients the benefits of the solutions successfully implemented. The event took place at Valahia Room, Crowne Plaza Hotel, Bucharest.

Wednesday April 9, 2003, took place at the Marriott Hotel in Bucharest, the conference "Software solutions for public utilities". During this conference, CRIsoft presented the integrated system CROSTM FRC (CROS Billing and Customer Relationship), the only Romanian solution for services and client relationship management.

Sabin Chiricescu, Sales Manager at CRIsoft, explained the general working methodology for the integrated system CROS as well as the major advantages of our clients.

CROS FRC provides information support for public utilities companies in different areas such as: water, gas, electrical power distribution, phone services or other product service with the invoice calculated based on a periodical consumption; the system can also be used to administrate taxes and their cashing.

ROCS 2002 - CRIsoft wins the Excellence prize from IDG Romania
 
Wednesday November 27, 2002 took place at the Marriott Hotel in Bucharest the conference "The design and the management of ERP / CRM solutions", organized by IDG Romania. IDG Romania is the local branch of International Data Group, world leader in information, studies and expositions dedicated to information technology area.

During these conferences were analyzed the implementation and running methods for an ERP / CRM application, as well as the role of such a solution within an organization. The conference had a large audience, this confirming the increased interest for the Romanian information technology market.
