Apa Nova Ploiesti, as beneficiary
and CRIsoft (www.crisoft.ro) as
supplier, announce the beginning
of the implementation project
for CROS Customer Relationship
Management based on CROS integrated
systems' family. The project the
beginning date on April 8, 2002
and a finalization date estimated
for October 31, 2002.
Apa Nova Ploiesti is a limited
liability company having as major
associated the French company
" Societe Generale deas Eaux",
Vivendi Water company. The entire
activity of Apa Nova takes place
according to the concession contract
signed in 2000 with the Local
Council of Ploiesti for 25 years.
Apa Nova has 3 client's categories:
17.000 individuals, representing
8 to 10% of the company's turnover;
1.300 associations representing
75% of the company's turnover
and more than 80% of the entire
population from Ploiesti; 1.700
companies (15% of the company's
turnover) representing commercial
companies, public institutions
and small companies. Reported
to the total population of 233.000
inhabitants, the percentage of
customers is 90% for water services
and 65% for sewerage services.
The future objectives of Apa Nova
Ploiesti will be sustained with
CROS Customer Relationship Management:
the improvement of services and
communication with all the 20.000
customers; accurate monitoring
for client accounts, to reduce
commercial loss. Total loss (both
commercial and technical) are
about 23 millions cubic meter.
From 56 millions cubic meters
produced in 2000, only 33 millions
have been invoiced reducing that
way the investment power to improve
the network and services.
The main beneficiaries of CROS
Customer Relationship Management
within Apa Nova Ploiesti, will
be the services subordinated to
Commercial Department such as:
Contracts Service, Invoicing-Cashing
Service, Consumptions and Metering
Service.
One of the main accomplishments
of the integrated information
provided by CRIsoft is creating
the first call center in Romania
for public utilities area. Such
call centers exists only at two
mobile phone operators in Romania,
Orange and Mobifon. This call
center will allow improved attendance
for Apa Nova's customers, using
3 communications methods: a call
center were the operators will
be trained to provide different
information related to invoices,
branchings, malfunctions; a back
office with a special trained
team to answer all written information
from the customer's within 10
days; a information desk for those
customers that prefer to come
in person to obtain information
related to certain aspects of
interest. This call center will
be in use by the end of this year.
According to the Ordinance no.
60/2001 regarding public acquisitions,
H.G. 461/2001 regarding the approval
of applying standards of Ordinance
no. 60/2001 and Public Finance
Ministry's Order 1012/873/2001
from December 2001, Apa Nova Ploiesti
received within a restricted auction
6 offers for Customer Relationship
Management System. From those
solutions one was Romanian and
others international. Following
the offers' analysis made by Romanian
and French specialists, both in
Romania and France at Vivendi
Water headquarter, the Romanian
solution provided by CRIsoft was
chosen.
The main reasons of choosing the
Romanian solution, CROS FRC were:
CRIsoft's experience in similar
projects in Romania, 3 of 5 similar
projects implementations (the
other two being based on multinational
solutions); flexible architecture
being able to support modern business
models in public utilities area;
the efficient use of Oracle database
technology; implementing services
and technical support assistance;
favorable price-performance-quality
rate.

Sustained campaign of CRIsoft
to apply the concept " quality
at source " and to promote
management principles oriented
to satisfying customers needs,
materialized in 2001 with the
ISO 9001: 2000 Certificate granted
by SRAC (The Romanian Society
for Quality Assurance).
The quality management system
was certified at CRIsoft for the
following areas: development,
implementation and technical support
for integrated information systems;
data input, processing and control;
software consultancy.
ISO 9001: 2000 certification grants
the warranty that the technology
used to develop CRIsoft's solutions
is accompanied by management and
quality assurance activities meant
to continuously improve the products
and to satisfy the needs of every
CRIsoft's client.

A success for CRIsoft within Electrica Timisoara
|
| |

Begun in the summer of 2001 with
a pilot implementation for one
cash desk, the collaboration between
CRIsoft and Electric Power Distribution
Branch Timisoara, continued successfully
with the implementation of the
integrated information system
CROS (CRIsoft Organization Server).
The implementation begun in December
2001 and presently runs within
23 cash desks, for 130.000 customers
from the entire city.
Having a powerful support from
the Timisoara company's personnel,
that proved to be very interested
in learning all work procedures,
the implementation of the integrated
system had optimal conditions
and was done according to the
contractual stipulations.
Short after the implementation,
the system CROS - for company's
activity management proved its
flexibility and ability to work
with a high data volume, to provide
decision making synthesized reports.
The maximum use of Oracle technology
in developing CROS, allowed creating
a system able to sustain the day-to-day
activity for companies such as
the Electric Power Distribution
Branch Timisoara.

CRIsoft offers optimal integrated solutions: Five Holding
|

The construct materials and internal
decorations store from Constanta,
Five Holding, wanted to buy a
performant, integrated solution
that will allow the company to
efficiently manage its activity
and assets. Was chosen the ERP
(Enterprise Resource Planning)
solution offered by CRIsoft, the
company being recognized for the
efficient manner of automatiseing
the informational flows within
the organization and to obtain
the online information for the
decisional process.
After implementing the integrated
information system CROS, Five
Holding is able to make the products
reception with mobile scanners,
to print bar code labels, to identify
clients based on client cards
and to print the client cards.
The collaboration between CRIsoft
and Five Holding began in October
2001 and went smoothly, the information
solution being preferred to other
information solutions due to the
management efficiency that comes
with the use of this solution.

Next to Epson, together with Master
Computers, CRIsoft presented to
the exposition organized at Sala
Palatului, the integrated system
CROS - CRIsoft Organization Server
- including the solution for fiscal
cash desks.
CROS CS - Fiscal Cash Desk applications
is designed for the control of
using fiscal cash desks. The application
is designed according to the Methodological
Standards No. 31 /June 28, 1999
for putting in application the
OG no. 28/1999 regarding the companies'
obligation to use fiscal cash
desks.
Client/server architecture used
by CROS CS - Fiscal Cash Desk
application is perfectly adapted
to work in computer networks within
the organization (intranet) or
at distance (internet). All operators
work simultaneously using the
same database, according to the
access rights granted by the system
administrator.
The top technology used to build
this application allows real time
checking for a large number of
validation conditions that warranty
the rightfulness of data within
the system.
This application integrates perfectly
with other CROS modules existing
within the organization. Cash
vouchers operated with this application
involve real time stock unloading
and its update when operating
products recastings.

CROS stepped into a new area: Public Utilities |
| |

The Public Utilities company in
Focsani and Water and Sewerage
company Iasi joined the CROS users
group.
A new area, public utilities,
adds to those we already act successfully,
such as: distribution, textile,
industry, SVM, banks. All these
confirming once again the CROS
integrated system adaptability
and the opening of included procedures
and models.
