Costs and
administration accountancy
The post-calculation and the monitoring of
all costs generated by the organization's
activity are done with the CROS General Accountancy
module and the Costs subsystem.
The advantages of using CROS Costs and
Administration Accountancy subsystem are:
- accurate information using CROS reports
- real time conclusions regarding the products,
articles, orders efficiency
- the integration of this subsystem with other
CROS modules
Main functionalities of CROS Costs and Administration
Accountancy:
- the system allows the costs monitoring within
the organization generating information regarding
the efficiency on cost centers (hierarchical
units, consumptions accounts, internal orders,
expenses elements, articles and so on);
- it allows the costs distribution for a certain
accountable period, by cost centers. The interactivity
with the other CROS modules helps to generate
the data from the same moment when the consumptions
are registered (using term accessible to the
users: consumer, order and so on);
- within the system is allowed the registrations
of costs directly at cost centers level;
- the accountable note is generated in the
administration accountancy
- the information existing in the financial
accountancy is correlated with the one existent
in the administration accountancy
- the systems allows to generate accountable
reports used within the organization for analisys
(cash-flow report, accountable balance, profit
and loss accounts report, and so on)
- the reports can be obtained both in LEI
and a foreign currency for simple or complex
accountable periods and also for comparison
periods.
- basic reports can be obtained:
--- to view the costs registered on cost center
level, for a certain period, using a friendly
interface
--- the flexibility in accessing the information
allows to group costs by different criteria:
hierarchical unit and consumption account,
hierarchical unit and consumed article, hierarchical
unit code no./order;
--- within the reports the users have the
possibility to group data using different
selections parameters.
Costs monitoring
Types of cost centers
There are the following types of cost centers
within the integrated system - CROS, giving

expenses:
- hierarchical units (departments)
- activities (types of consumption accounts)

the products for different activity fields
- expenses elements, cost elements, department
types.
CROS integrated system allows to directly
register on different cost centers, the following
types of expenses:
- expenses with raw materials and consumable
materials
- expenses with the services done by the third
parties - are registered on cost centers (consumer
- hierarchical unit, internal order, consumption
account - activity) with the values of the
services, without VAT

cost centers (user - hierarchical unit, internal
order, consumption account - activity)

other obligations to the state budget, the
social assurances budget that are made by
the company) - are made automatically by the
HR module, when the salary accountable note
is generated
- expenses with assets' depreciation - are
made automatically when is calculated the
monthly depreciation, based on the depreciation
distribution rules, by cost centers
