CROS HR - Remuneration has specific functionalities to information and calculation algorithms management regarding the organization's employees' salaries.

- Operating/viewing data can be done only by authorized users (access rights are granted by the system administrator)
- Registering timesheets, medical leaves and holidays evidence (days according to the work contract, days used) using a friendly and easy interface
- Calculating salaries using configurable formulas by CRIsoft or directly by the system user
- Input and modification of all calculation formulas, for all legislative modifications without any programming effort
- The one time registration of justifying documents for withholdings, when the document is received, regardless the number of rates, rate's type (constant, variables or as a percent of the salary - ex: alimony)
- Withholding's monitoring (amounts to withhold, withholder amounts, and overdue amounts)
- Automatically calculation and global taxing report
- Modifying an employee status for a certain period


CROS HR - Remuneration operates sequentially, based on the variable introduced in the system or calculated within the system, giving the possibility to keep an archive and to run reports with the desired configuration. To calculate the salaries for the remuneration period CROS HR - Remuneration automatically generates the accountable notes for remuneration, global income taxes and so on.
