Management of item list
- Item identification and classification
- According to CROS meaning, items can be
products, semi-finished products, materials,
tools, devices, manpower, services etc.
- Possibility to dynamically define classification
criteria
- Access rights for defining new items and
for updating
Wizard for item creation
- CROS system includes a function creating
items in the system, based on a series of
rules given by an assigned user
- The code of the item is automatically generated,
together with its name, classification, links
with suppliers, prices and other features
mentioned when defining the procedure
- The wizard guarantees a consistent system
observing the same conventions for all items,
granting at the same time an improved definition
system (all aspects are taken into consideration)
